Overview

This page contains links to a variety of articles that will assist you and your RCIA team in your ministry. The first set of articles, under the heading of Young Apprentices, was prepared for RCIA directors and catechists who work specifically with children and youth.

The remaining articles, under the heading of General Background, were originally prepared for Apprentices in Faith, the companion product for those who work with older teens and adults. However, the articles offer good background on the RCIA process, the role of the parish community, interviewing, and discernment that is useful to all who are a part of the parish RCIA team.

If you are using Internet Explorer, the links to downloadable PDF files will open printable files in your browser window. To return to the page you were viewing, hit your back button. To save the file to your hard drive, click your right mouse button and select “Save.”
